Tiger Machinery Code: R.E.D.S. Program

Tiger Machinery launched its improvement program last February 16, 2013. The program under the acronym of Code: R.E.D.S. represents the company's passion to continually improve customer and employee services. R.E.D.S. stands for:

R Reduce Rejects

E Improve Efficiency

D Minimize Delays

S Succession Planning and Safety

Management hopes that with the clear goals partnered with an incentive program, the company will be able to reach its goals and achieve a "win-win" solution between customers, employees and shareholders.

The event also coincided with the inauguration of the company's new office building. The new office has over 2000 square meters in floor area and is located in the same area of their factory in Valenzuela City. Tiger's founder, Charlie Ang, sees the office as a logical step to aid in its business growth. The new facility allows Tiger to fully implement its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, SAP Business One.

The inauguration was highlighted by the presentation of the Code R.E.D.S. incentive plan and an inspirational message from Pastor Bong Saquing of Christ Commission Fellowship.
